Q:  When should I expect my awesome package?  

A: It's hard to wait for something exciting, right?  In some cases, it can be delivered in 1 week. In other cases, it can take 2-4 weeks for delivery, depending on your location and other uncontrollable factors.

Q: Will there be a shipping confirmation once the order is placed?

A: We will update you with a tracking number through email approximately 2-5 days after you place your order. 

Q: Will you be adding more products?

A: We are focused on sourcing the best products for our customers, as a result, we are continuously researching and adding new products to our store. 

Q:  Can I stack discounts together?  

A:  We do our best to offer the best prices.  We want you to win because when you win, we win.  Discounts can not be stacked with other discounts.

Q:  Use the incorrect address?

A:  If you contact us immediately after the order is made to let us know about an alternate shipping address we will change this for you if the item hasn't been sent.  You can use the contact us page.  We understand that mistakes are made after long days.  If your order has already been shipped we will send you a complimentary replacement tie.
* 1complementary tie per customer.  If you have an order with more than 1 tie we will only send 1 tie from the order.

Q:  I ordered multiple items, but I only received some... where's my order?

A:  We work with more than 1 supplier for our ties.  To make sure we offer you the best quality cotton, silk, etc we decided to use different suppliers.  Don't worry if you receive only part of your order, the rest is on its way.

Q:  Where can I contact you guys?

A:  You can fill out the contact information on the "Contact Us" page. We do our best to respond as fast as possible but please allow us at least 24 hours.  On the weekends please allow us 24-48 hours to respond.

Q:  Do you ship Internationally?

A:  Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every client will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

Q:  How do I order on your website?

A:  Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' or 'Buy Now' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q:  Is your website secure with my personal information?

A:  Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product.

How to order?

1. Go to item page of the product you would like to order. 
2. Select quantity of items that you would like to order and click "Add to Cart."
3. Click "Check Out" in the pop up window.
4. In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click "Continue to Shipping Method."
5. Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen.
6. Fill in your credit card information and click "complete order" to finish transaction.
